Holden Astra Convertible Roof Stuck

ALNO Product Services Offer a complete range of products to get your Astra Convertible Roof working again. There has not been a roof that our team could not get going again.

When selecting a supplier we would like you to consider the following 10 points.

1.  Our team have been replacing Roof latch sets for over ten years now we have kept more Astra convertible roofs moving than any other company ….. we did not start to make Astra roof parts in the last 6 months.

 2.  We Export Bertone Roof Components to Europe and Asia

3.  Our Company employees Australian University Qualified – Practicing Engineers – that fully understand the workings of the Astra Soft and Hard top Convertibles. We also employee tradespeople not just technicians

4.  95% of the Holden dealers in Australia have purchased from our company – Holden Dealerships call us and ask for Advice. – When they cannot get a roof working

 5.  Other operators have copied our designs yet they fail to understand how to keep a roof operation – Due to a lack of Engineering know how

6.    When your roof stops working we will get it working again – There has not been an Astra Convertible Roof that we could not fix.

7.   We don’t replace bearings your bearings remain your bearings – we don’t sell shipping containers

8.   We don’t change our company name every to weeks hiding from warranty claims …… Where roof latches have caused extensive rust to the roof frame

 9. When you call our Business we answer the phone …… we are not running away from any warranty claims and or legal action

10. We are credible …. would you trust a company that does not have a website.

  1. I have a convertible astra 2003, today I put the roof down no problem, went for a 30 minute drive but when I came to close it will not complete the process, its starts with the roof boot opening up, the roof comes out but when the back window raises the boot cover does not close and the roof stops in that postion, you can here the motor still running but sounds like its starts to strain a little and thats as far as it gets, I can open it all again no problem, all works ok until you try and close it and the same happends again, gets to the same place as I explained above then stops, I have a good half hour with it but in the end the motor in the boot was getting hot so I decided to leave it, there is plenty of oil in the pump so what could be the problem? Please Help as I have parked the car in my friends garageKeith
